Requirements
- Serve as the primary support contact for both internal and external users of the systems (FMS, TMS, WMS, …) liaising with the development team as necessary.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via ticket system and groups chat.
- Manage, assign, and monitor the Troubleshoot and resolve the system issues (FMS, TMS, WMS, …), ensuring closure of each issue according to the support process.
- Work directly with the software development team to understand the product and how it operates.
- Support tasks related to Application and Customer Support with advise of Manager
- Receive feedback on system problems from customers and users.
- Other documents/ tasks as request.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in SQL, Knowledge of Logistics industry is an advantage.
- Experience in Help Desk support or Customer Services is an advantage.
- Third or fourth-year students majoring in Technology – Logistics and Supply Chain Management – Economics; Foreign Trade University, University of Economics and related universities (priority given to those who have completed the program).
- Full-time availability preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in using of MS Office, English: Ability to communication
- A fast learner, proactive, ability to multi-task and work independently under high pressure
- Commit to working for at least 4 months
- Have personal computer
