Meaningful CSR Activities By ITL As Part Of Company Trip 2026

More than just a journey of engage, ITL Company Trip 2026 was also an opportunity for ITL-ers to continue writing a story of compassion by visiting, giving gifts, and spending time with elderly people living without family support and children facing difficult circumstances in Long Hai on August 9, 2026.

The event was directly attended and supported by the Group’s Leadership Team, including Mr. Tony Anh – Director Of ITL Corporation, CEO of ITL Aviation Logistics; Mr. Simon Thuc – Deputy General Director, VP – Human Resources; and Mr. Dang Doan Kien – VP – Investment, together with numerous ITL and N.C.s members.

Thien Tam Charity Home – A Shelter for the Elderly

Thien Tam Charity Home currently provides care and support for 26 elderly people aged 60 and above. They are all considered to be in one of the “three-no” circumstances: having no place to rely on, no relatives to care for them, or facing particularly difficult circumstances that prevent them from receiving adequate care.

Understanding the practical daily needs of the elderly, ITL prepared and presented essential supplies and additional financial support. In addition, ITL also contributed to the list of medicines and medical supplies needed to address common health conditions among older people, helping the Charity Home provide more comprehensive healthcare for the residents.

It was heartwarming to see that despite their advanced age and declining health, the elderly people here continue to maintain their joy and optimism in life, supporting and caring for one another within the compassionate embrace of the community.

Thien An Shelter – Nurturing Young Lives For A Brighter Future

Leaving Thien Tam Charity Home, ITL team continued to Thien An Shelter, which currently provides care and support for nearly 30 children aged from 8 months to 18 years old. Most of the children come from very different circumstances: they are orphans, have been abandoned, or have grown up in families that are unable to provide adequate care. At the shelter, they are nurtured and supported throughout their educational journey, from kindergarten to high school.

Therefore, alongside practical gifts to support the children’s daily needs, ITL also provided cash to help the shelter cover educational expenses at the beginning of the new school year. Each gift from ITL represents not only material support, but also a message that the children are not alone on their journey toward adulthood, with ITL and the wider community standing alongside them.

Incorporating CSR activities into annual Company Trips has become a meaningful part of ITL Corporation’s culture. Amid a trip designed to strengthen our staff connections, rest, and recharge, ITL continues to make time for the community. This reflects how social responsibility is not a separate initiative, but has naturally become an integral part of the company’s culture and identity. CSR activities also provide every ITL-er, regardless of their position within the organization, with an opportunity to experience more deeply the value of compassion and to spread a spirit of kindness to those around us who are facing difficult circumstances.
