[ITL FM North] Air Freight Supervisor

To lead the day-to-day operational tasks of the airfreight team with 5-6 members.
Build good relationships with airlines to have good rates.

Manage the team to ensure that all inquiries from assigned customers are responded to on time.
Ensure all troubles within the team are solved or escalated to the manager promptly.
Ensure all team members understand and follow the SOPs of all accounts.
Input data into software, prepare shipping documents, issue a debit note, and send a pre-alert to overseas partners
Contact with customers, overseas agents, airlines, co-loaders, customers, OPS team, and the Commercial team to handle cargo smoothly
Keep tracking cargo and update shipment status to all related parties
Responsible for the accuracy of Debit, Statement with overseas agents & airlines, co-loader, and customer
Arrange contract, credit agreement, and AR for assigned clients
Make AP payment requests accurately and in a timely manner
Negotiate and develop relationships with airlines to provide the best rate to customers.
Communicate for market update, competition, rate changes, and sellable prices
Identify and implement a new process plan to improve the working process, save time, and save cost
Submit all necessary reports on time.
Train and support all team members to build a united and strong team.

At least 5 years of experience working in Air Freight.
Good English in speaking & writing.
Experience in managing a team with 5-6 members and above
Good communication skills.
Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekends, and break days) to finish tasks assigned.
