1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

As Designer Intern, you will support all task about research and analyst information about system’s product, design suitable product for social media posts, consistent template of product profile.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design online (banners, cover photos, infographics, email marketing, PowerPoint, website…) and offline (standees, backdrops, leaflets…) communication materials.
• Create animation videos and add subtitles for promotional or instructional content.
• Support event planning and execution (e.g. webinars, internal/external events).
• Assist in implementing marketing plans and developing content for the website and social media platforms.
• Handle payment documents and coordinate with suppliers and the Accounting team.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

3. QUALIFICATIONS

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design or related field.
• Committed to a minimum 3-month internship.
• Own a personal computer for work purposes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe software (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Familiar with other design tools and modern design technologies.
• Strong visual thinking and high level of creativity.
• Fast learner, proactive, able to multitask and work independently under pressure.
• Basic English communication skills.
