[HCM – ITL FREIGHT MANAGEMENT] Agency Sales Intern (US trade lane)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Pricing support for import-export inquiries for the US trade lane
  • Support some basic & simple tasks to manage key accounts
  • Study, search, the update of market intelligence, quotations, presentations, concepts, etc, to look for business opportunities
  • Input rates on internal systems.
  • Follow up on the company’s policy on working conditions and customer relationships
  • Have the right to propose new ideas for approaching the customer
  • Other matters relating to the Agency Sales

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated or 3rd/4th-year students from College or University majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Import-Export, and can work full time from Monday to Friday.
  • Can work full-time and a minimum 6-month internship.
  • English: Excellent in reading/listening/ writing/speaking
  • Good negotiation, communication and computer skills (outlook, powerpoint, excel and internet searching)
  • Tactful and flexible
  • Good knowledge of the Forwarding & Logistics Field is preferable
