[Aviation – SGN] Passenger GSA Manager

- OB time: as soon as possible.
- Working time: 44h/week, from Mon to Fri (8h-17h30) and Sat (8h-12h00).
- This position will work in the passenger sector.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
1- Network for business development
- Network and Manage relationship with Airlines Principle, Customers, Authorities, related Service providers. with Airlines Principle.
- Relationship with oversea partners.
- Engagement with Exhibitions, Fair, Symposium… relating to industry
2-Management:
- Management over sales teams, reservation team
- Set up skill guidance to teams to ensure smooth communication, interaction with Customers, Airlines Principle and related service providers. Proper mix of communication by meeting, phone and e-mail
- Relationship with key customer accounts.
3- Customer Satisfaction:
- Manage relationship with Airlines Principle, Customers, Authorities, related Service providers.
- Set up skill guidance to teams to ensure smooth communication, interaction with Customers, Airlines Principle and related service providers. Proper mix of communication by meeting, phone and e-mail
- Guidance for proper dealing with customers in terms of irregularities
- Enhance ITL DNA “Extreme Good Will” by its Example and communication.
4- Operation Excellence:
- Set up SOP – monitoring – Measuring (by quantitative & qualitative) and proper involvement.
- Deployment and monitoring the compliance towards Policies of Airlines Principles, Laws, ITL
- Initiatives for operational efficiency, minimizing the costs.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Having 5 years and above industry experience.
- Experience in Airlines sales office, Passenger GSA,…
- Aviation bachelor’s degree will be an advantage.
- Fluent in English (4 skills).
- Extroversion & Communication.
- Strong communication and customer focus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
