[ITL Logistics] – Documentation Intern (ICD Song Than Warehouse)

Job Responsibilities

• Support verifying and processing warehouse documentation (inbound/outbound documents, delivery notes, packing lists, goods receipts, etc.);

• Assist in organizing, filing, and archiving operational documents in compliance with internal standards;

• Support data entry and system updating on WMS/ERP or other internal platforms;

• Coordinate with supervisors in daily warehouse operations and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Full-time availability from Monday to Friday;

• Third- or fourth-year university students in related majors (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, etc.);

• Able to start immediately;

• Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
