Job Description

• Support the Customer Service team in receiving, handling, and responding to customer inquiries.

• Monitor shipment status and coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery.

• Perform data entry and accurately update information in the system.

• Assist in preparing documents and reports as required by supervisors.

• Carry out other assigned tasks related to customer service operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Female; proactive, diligent, detail-oriented, and responsible.

• Good basic numeracy skills and high accuracy in work.

• Final-year students with no class schedule conflicts; able to work full-time.

• Immediate availability is an advantage.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
