“Because She Matters” – When The Women Of ITL Are Honored

On the occasion of International Women’s Day 2026, ITL organized a series of meaningful activities under the theme “Because She Matters,” reaffirming that every woman carries her own unique value and plays an important role in ITL’s journey of growth and development.

The series of activities brought many memorable moments to the wonderful women of ITL across Vietnam and the region. It began with the launch of the “Because She Matters” photo & sharing contest, creating an opportunity for ITL members to share meaningful stories and moments about the important women in their lives—from colleagues and family members to those who inspire them every day.

On the day of the event, the atmosphere across ITL offices became vibrant from the very beginning of the day. Male colleagues at ITL extended a warm welcome to the women as they arrived at the office, presenting them with flowers and meaningful gifts from ITL & N.Cs Union, while capturing memorable moments together.

In addition, a congratulatory message from the Executive Co-Chairman was shared with all the women of ITL as a heartfelt appreciation for their unwavering contributions, dedication, and the positive energy they bring to the organization every day.

In particular, the thoughtful gift from ITL Union not only reflects genuine care but also conveys a heartfelt message to the women of ITL: amid the busy pace of work and life, always remember to take time to care for and cherish yourself.

One of the highlights of the program was the “Grow & Glow” Terrarium Workshop, where the women had the opportunity to express their creativity and design their own miniature gardens. Each terrarium was not only a green creation but also a symbol of the journey of nurturing, growing, and shining in each woman’s unique way.

The series of activities celebrating International Women’s Day at ITL not only bring joy and strengthen connections but also provide the opportunity for all ITL-ers to honor the values that women contribute to their families, work, and community. Because no matter the role, whether a dedicated colleague, a strong leader, or the heart of a family, every woman at ITL deserves to be appreciated and to shine in her own unique way.
