ADMIN SALES SUPPORT INTERN

I. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

As an Admin & Sales Support Intern, you will assist in executing and managing administrative documents and related tasks. Additionally, you will support the Sales department in identifying potential customers and maintaining customer relationships. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in both administrative operations and sales support functions.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– Administration:

  • Execute, monitor, and oversee administrative tasks and processes.
  • Manage procurement activities, maintain documentation and contracts, and liaise with suppliers.

– Sales Support:

  • Assist the Sales Department in the preparation, management, and administration of customer documents, contracts, and addendums, as well as monitor payment status.
  • Support the identification of potential customers and coordinate the scheduling of meetings.
  • Assist in drafting contracts, addendums, and quotations for clients.
  • Facilitate invoice reconciliation and payment follow-up with customers.
  • Maintain and organize both hard copy and electronic records of documents, contracts, and addendums.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolve any issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
