Job Description

  • Checking pricing with internal teams, preparing quotations, and offering to overseas agents
  • Checking pricing with overseas agents for local inquiries
  • Supporting to prepare contracts and related documents for new customers
  • Managing, preserving and storing the Contracts after signing
  • Recording and following up on the inquiries for weekly reports
  • Researching and preparing the contacts on the sales pipelines
  • Assist other tasks assigned by Manager/Instructor.

Qualifications

  • 3rd or 4th year student majoring in Logistics, Supply chain management or related fields.
  • Full-time, ensure an internship period of 6 months.
  • Languages: perform a good English communication, basic knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
  • Priority will be given to those who have experience in sales.
  • Passionate about sales and career-oriented to a sale field.
  • Hard-working, careful and proactive in work.
