[Aviation – DAD] Air Cargo Sales cum Reservation Team Leader

  • Working time: 44h/week, from Mon to Fri (8h-17h30) and Sat (8h-12h00).
  • Candidates currently based in Da Nang or Quang Nam are highly preferred. We also welcome applicants from SGN/HAN who are originally from Da Nang and planning to settle back in their hometown.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities: Revenue Growth and Air Cargo Customer Management

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Proactively conduct sales activities (both outdoor and indoor) to agents for cargo to fill up flights.
  • Execute sales visits to develop and strengthen cooperative relationships with customers.
  • Market Analysis: Identify and analyze target markets and potential clients within the specified area to achieve committed load factor, Revenue, and Profit targets.
  • Negotiate and handle the draft contract with customers.

2. Customer Relationship & Service Quality Management

  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle (current and new customers), providing service information, rates, space availability, and flight schedules.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts and professionally handle disputes and escalations.
  • Address service issues, provide updates, and support customer requirements.
  • Monitor credit terms and accounts receivable status.

3. Operations & Internal Coordination

  • Manage allocation and flight load to maximize Revenue & Profit.
  • Follow up and coordinate closely with other departments and customers to comply with the regulations of the Airline principal.
  • Assign tasks and manage the quality of reservations and customer service.

4. Reporting & Strategy

  • Communicate developments, trends, and opportunities in the market to management.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for the Sales strategy.
  • Complete sales activity reports and performance reports as assigned by the Cargo Supervisor.

REQUIREMENT

  • Having 2-3 years of Air Cargo Sales experience at Airlines, co-loader or forwarder companies (air freight sales of forwarders or sales for airlines).
  • Having knowledge of Cargo Industry, customer service processes, procedures & products, and booking tools;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation/Business Administration/Foreign Trade Economic, Logistics, Supply Chain.
  • Having knowledge about Aircraft type/ULD, Air Cargo is a plus point.
  • Fluent in English (4 skills) and Vietnamese
  • Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data analysis.
  • Be willing to work overtime and follow the airline’s work schedule.
  • Strong communication and customer focus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
