[Aviation – DAD] Cargo Sales & Reservation Team Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Sales activities (both outdoor & indoor) to agents for cargo to fill up flights.
  • Sales visits to develop and strengthen the relationship with customers.
  • Identify and analyze target markets and clients within the specified area or customers to achieve the committed load factor, Revenue, and Profit.
  • Follow up and coordinate with other departments and customers to comply with the regulations of the Airline principal.
  • Communicate developments, trends, and opportunities to management and provide recommendations for the Sales strategy.
  • Assign tasks and manage the quality of reservations and customer service.
  • Customer management (current and new customers): provide the service information, rates, spaces, and flight schedules to customers.
  • Maintains relationships with the key accounts and handles disputes and escalations.
  • Handle the service issues, updates, and support requirements of customers.
  • Negotiation and handling the draft contract with customers. Monitor the credit terms, and accounts receivable status.
  • Complete the sales activities reports and performance reports assigned by Cargo Supervisor.
  • Management of allocation, flight load to maximize Revenue & Profit.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Cargo Supervisor.

Working location: 11th Floor, Summit Building, 350 Nguyen Van Linh, Thac Gian, Thanh Khe, Da Nang, Vietnam.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Having 2-3 years of Air Cargo Sales experience at Airlines, co-loader or forwarder companies (air freight sales of forwarders or sales for airlines).
  • Experienced in managing or leading teams, responsible for KPI and revenue targets.
  • Having knowledge of Cargo Industry, customer service processes, procedures & products, and booking tools;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation/Business Administration/Foreign Trade Economic, Logistics, Supply Chain.
  • Having knowledge about Aircraft type/ULD, Air Cargo is a plus point.
  • Fluent in English (4 skills) and Vietnamese
  • Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data analysis.
  • Be willing to work overtime and follow the airline’s work schedule.
  • Strong communication and customer focus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
