[Aviation – SGN] Passenger GSA Manager

  • Working time: 44h/week, from Mon to Fri (8h-17h30) and Sat (8h-12h00).
  • This position will work in the passenger sector.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

1- Network for business development

  • Network and Manage relationship with Airlines Principle, Customers, Authorities, related Service providers. with Airlines Principle.
  • Relationship with oversea partners.
  • Engagement with Exhibitions, Fair, Symposium… relating to industry

2-Management:

  • Management over sales teams, reservation team
  • Set up skill guidance to teams to ensure smooth communication, interaction with Customers, Airlines Principle and related service providers. Proper mix of communication by meeting, phone and e-mail
  • Relationship with key customer accounts.

3- Customer Satisfaction:

  • Manage relationship with Airlines Principle, Customers, Authorities, related Service providers.
  • Set up skill guidance to teams to ensure smooth communication, interaction with Customers, Airlines Principle and related service providers. Proper mix of communication by meeting, phone and e-mail
  • Guidance for proper dealing with customers in terms of irregularities
  • Enhance ITL DNA “Extreme Good Will” by its Example and communication.

4- Operation Excellence:

  • Set up SOP – monitoring – Measuring (by quantitative & qualitative) and proper involvement.
  • Deployment and monitoring the compliance towards Policies of Airlines Principles, Laws, ITL
  • Initiatives for operational efficiency, minimizing the costs.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • Having 5 years and above industry experience.
  • Experience in Airlines sales office, Passenger GSA,…
  • Aviation bachelor’s degree will be an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (4 skills).
  • Extroversion & Communication.
  • Strong communication and customer focus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
