Mô tả công việc
- Follow the booking matrix and submit the booking to the Carrier; release the SO to the shipper.
- Able to handle & manage all ocean export shipments from A-Z.
- Ask D/N and invoice from the carrier for preparing the payment request.
- Send D/N to the client or agent and follow up on the payment.
- Follow up with the accountant about the payment to the carrier to get the SWB, MBL.
- Update systems and follow KPI as per Customer’s SOP.
- Willing to help and back up colleagues if needed.
- Strictly follow the job assignment.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 2 years of experience working in Sea Freight, route US, EU
- Experienced in filing AMS, ENS…
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekends, and break days) to finish task assignments.
