Assist in tracking and updating the progress of domestic goods transportation.

Coordinate with relevant departments (documentation, operations, warehouse, etc.) to prepare paperwork and support order processing.

Participate in checking and verifying delivery/receipt documents at the warehouse or transit hubs.

Learn about the practical operational processes at the office and warehouse in Binh Duong.

Record and help arrange schedules, coordinating with other departments and transport units.

Join the COO in meetings with partners, take meeting notes, and prepare quick reports.

Perform administrative and other support tasks as assigned by the COO.

3rd or 4th-year student or recent graduate majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Transport Economics, or related fields.

Able to commit to a full-time internship for 3 months.

Good communication skills, proactive in exchanging information, and flexible when coordinating across departments.

Career-oriented towards domestic logistics, operations coordination, and warehouse-transport management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).

Careful, responsible, and willing to travel between the HCMC office and the warehouse in Binh Duong.

Preferred: Basic knowledge of supply chain operations, domestic logistics, or order management.
