Job Description
- Checking SOA from carriers/ Airline/ ITL for sea/air outbound + sea/air inbound
- Update bank statement/ ROE/ cash flow
- Issue VAT invoice and send email to customer
- Update file AR
- Updating file AR and bank statement
- Reconcile and check OPS report with payment statement the end of month
- Following and making advance payment report
- Others task from Accounting Supervisor
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree related Finance and Accounting
- At least 3 months – the experience of receivable accountant
- Good at English skills
- Good Computer skills (MS Office)
- Good at Data analyzed skill and Budget control skill
- Initiative & teamwork
- Careful, integrity, and hard-working, attention to detail and accuracy
