Agency Key Account Executive

PURPOSE AND SCOPE 
  • As a Agency Key Account Executive in Regional Agency- North & South Americas team, you are responsible for working with ITL overseas agents on key account management, sales activities, quote for RFQ/ or biddings, negotiate and close won for new business in order that team gain higher customer satisfaction, higher share from customers, and perform set budget of REV and GP. You report to manager about these key agent business growth, opportunities or challenges.
  • Besides, you do sales activities for new agent development and support sales teams in pricing with overseas agents.
  • Direct reporting to Regional and Trade Lane Agency Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Manage and develop business from current key agents/ customers, perform Team set budget 
  • Explore and develop new customers/ new agents 
  • Pricing Support for Sales when needed (North & South America trade Lane)
  • Take care of customers/ agents to increase customers/ agents’s satisfaction
  • Support other B/Us within company by providing the best pricing support when working with overseas agents.
  • Collaborating with Product team to ensure cargo will be handled as SOP
  • Manage Operations activities such as customer complaint, delivery status.
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Ensure to perform commercial tasks, send the quotations for RFQs, biddings on time as requested.
  • Perform execution, implementation when business won.
  • Ensure no complaints from internal & external customers
  • Increase higher business share from customers
  • Increase higher satisfaction from customers
  • At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding industry,  client base and leadership qualities.
  • Working for Intl Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding services …is preferred
  • University degree, major in the relevant fields.
  • English with fluent 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading comprehension, writing).
  • Good at Internet, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Good skill of Interpersonal communication and Customer Service
  • Ability to work under pressure and have good team work and regular job rotation spirit
  • Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic and hard-working
