Agency Key Account Executive - Ha Noi

Work location: Ha Noi Capital

  1. As a Key Account Sales Executive in Regional Agency- North & South Americas Dept., you are responsible for working with ITL overseas agents on key account management, sales activities, quote for RFQ, negotiate and close won for quotation as required, coordinate with Product Teams take care of customer satisfaction, handle monthly reports and profit share with agents. You report to Supervisor and Manager about these key agents for volume, KPI, opportunities or challenges….
  2. Besides, you do sales activities for new agent development and support sales teams in pricing with overseas agents. 
  • Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage and develop business from current key agents/ customers
  • Pricing Support for Sales when needed (North & South America trade Lane). 
  • Make & offer quotations to agent as required 
  • Handle monthly reports and profit share with agents
  • Monitor KPI of Product Team and work together for solutions to improve (if any)
  • Network & Customer:
  • Develop and expand agency network all over the world
  • Take care of, maintain and grow relationship with current customers and business. 
  • Identifying potential customers and stablish relationships with them. 
  • Maintaining contact with clients with a view to securing further sales/orders
  • Operation tasks:
  • Check mail and reply oversea agents.
  • Send Air/Sea quotation to oversea agents.
  • Co-operate with Air Freight/ Sea Freight team and Accounting department to connect and complete paper works.
  • Join the meeting with agents and customer to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate (if need). 
  • Conducting negotiations for sales contracts
  • Working to ensure that negotiations go smoothly and lead to the purchase of the product or services in question
  • Providing after-sales support.
  • Assist Manager to develop new business.
  • Make monthly report.

  • No complaint from customer or Minimize complaints from customers and other departments.
  • Support sales team in communication with oversea agents regarding rate or any issues related to handling process and payment term.
  • Co-ordinate with customer service and OPS team to ensure documentation and OPS process run smoothly.
  • Support Accounting department to collect receivables on time.
  • Always in a state of readiness for working and keeping the polite attitude with customers. Greet and address customers in a friendly and respectful way.
  • Corporate with relevant departments to find solutions for problems of the customer in the best way possible; 
  • Regularly connect with customers to maintain relationships and support sales teams if possible.
  • Always comply with all company regulations, internal processes, and remind colleagues to comply.
  • Minimize operation cost.
  • Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
  • Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in.
  • To conduct other tasks whenever is assigned from line manager.
  • Support line manager to guide or coaching new employees or intern (if any)
  • Motivate colleagues; build solidarity and mutual support within department as well as with other departments.
  • Support Manager to coach and train new employees.

  • Ensure to perform commercial tasks, send the quotations for RFQs, biddings on time as requested.
  • Perform execution, implementation when business won.
  • Ensure to satisfy customers’ requests
  • Ensure no complaints from internal & external customers
  • Increase higher business share from customers
  • Increase higher satisfaction from customers. 
  • Bachelor Degree: Foreign Trade or similar diploma
  • Good Knowledge of International Freight Forwarding
  • Strong business sense and ability to reach sales targets
  • Experience of B2B sales
  • Knowledge of the product sector and geographical territory
  • Ability to manage and grow a client portfolio
  • Good command in English (C Level), good listening and speaking
  • Familiarity with common computer software applications
