Agency Sales Executive

PURPOSE AND SCOPE 
As an Agency Senior Sales Executive- in Regional & Trade Lane Agency Dept, you are responsible for working with ITL overseas agents on sales activities, quoting for spot rates/ RFQ/ or biddings, negotiate and close won for business. You will work with sea/air/product teams for competitive pricing and service quality, to make sure offering competitive solutions for customers. After business won, you monitor and lead account executives in team to make sure SOPs in handling customers are well performed, increase volume won for the team, achieve revenue, maximize profit and help increase customer satisfaction. You report for manager about these key agents business growth, opportunities or challenges. Besides, you support manager and ITL sales team or other B/Us in dealing with overseas agents for rates and services in their countries

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Explore and develop new business/ agents in set target and in set period of time
  • Send quotations to internal & external customers on time and before deadline
  • Achieve REV/GP per set target
  • Support other B/Us within company by providing the best pricing support when working with overseas agents
  • Follow the SOPs set internally or from agents strictly
  • Raise ideas/ suggestions to improve OPEX
  • Ensure to send the quotations on time, exactly
  • Ensure to satisfy customers’ request
  • Ensure no complaints from internal & external customers
JOB  REQUIREMENT:
  • Bachelor, college of foreign trade economic
  • Min. 03 years of working experience in Transportation/ Logistics industry
  • Good in English speaking and listening (B Level)
  • Good Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Min. 1 year – experience of the role
  • Working for Intl Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding services …is preferred
  • Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekend, break days) to finish tasks assigned.
  • Accept some other tasks under Manager assignments.
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
  • Report directly to Regional & Trade Lane Agency Manager.
  • Report Indirectly to Head BU as required
