Air Freight Team Leader

  • Follow daily booking from customers/agents
    Contact with airlines to check the rates, space & quote to internal sales
    Instruct team book with airlines
    Monitor daily activities of team members & support them in resolving the troubles if any
    Set up SOP/ IOP, processes in line with customer’s requirements and internal processes.
    Monitor KPI customer weekly & improve if having any failure to ensure achieve expectation performance
    Have the customer services improvement and customer- centricity mindset
    Check files weekly to ensure team complete file in the system timely & exactly
    Support other member of air team when necessary
    Job Requirement
    Bachelor Degree in International Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics, or related field.
    Having at least 2-year experience in the same position.
    Basic knowledge about import / export process.
    Good at customer service and problem solving skills.
    Good command of English
    Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
    Have sense of responsibility & teamwork spirit.
