As Application Support, you have responsible to deliver ICT services to end-users in satisfaction, also assist Supervisor/Manager in implementing the assigned projects as well as contributing initiatives to improve ICT services if any.

- To create preliminary study documents in terms of business functional area.
- To create Gap analysis between new or change request and current system.
- To follow up IT implementation in order to make in line with Business Requirement.
- Manage and maintain all parameters of the applications.

- Frequently review and assess functionalities of in–used application to ensure the solution meets the business process and user ‘s needs.
- Raise changes to development team and involved users if required.
- Support end-users for any functional incidents.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 - 2 year Knowledge, Skills and Abilities in Business Analyst / Application Support / Customer Support.
- Understood analyst and design system, get and sum up requirements, good communication skills.
- A fast learner, ability to multi-task and work independently under high pressure.
- Problem solving.
- Experience in Supply Chain or in a third party Logistics Company preferred.
