[HAN] AIR CARGO SALES SUPPORT

(This position will work for Air Cargo sector- GSA/GSSA Service)

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Customer services communication: responding to customer inquiries and providing support as needed, including handling routine sales-related queries and requests.
  • Manage and maintain customer databases, sales records, and other relevant documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth execution of sales plans and operations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to update and maintain sales collateral, promotional materials, and online presence.
  • Understand, analysis the market, competitors and smart sell with highest yield.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales supervisor / Sales Manager or Cargo Manager, including data entry, preparation of sales materials, and coordination of sales activities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies and initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and acquiring new customers for our air cargo services.
  • Support the coordination of impactful sales and marketing campaigns to promote our cargo services, under the guidance of the Sales Manager or Cargo Manager.
  • Assist in the organization of successful sales events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities to further our sales objectives.
  • Assist in sales activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies to support revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Making the weekly/monthly report (performance, market, customers information) as required.
  • Working location: Room 343, ALS Cargo Terminal, Noi Bai Airport– Soc Son, Hanoi, Vietnam.
 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Having 2-3 years of experience in cargo field at co-loader or forwarder companies (accepting Sales Support in the field of logistics/Aviation/GSA/Air Forwarder)
  • Having knowledge of Cargo Industry, customer service processes, procedures & products, and booking tools;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation/Business Administration/Foreign Trade Economic, Logistics, Supply Chain.
  • Having knowledge about Aircraft type/ULD, Air Cargo is a plus point.
  • Fluent in English (4 skills) and Vietnamese
  • Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data analysis.
  • Be willing to work overtime and follow the airline's work schedule.
  • Strong communication and customer focus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
