[Aviation - HAN] Reservation & Customer Services

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer upon receiving booking; find space and coordinate with Sales, and Airline's principles to arrange suitable space and Manage and fulfill Allotment space.
  • Tracing flight/shipment information and response to customers; processing and responding to customer claims.
  • Achieve budget tonnage and budget revenue set per year.
  • Response quickly and timely on Principle request; perform strictly in line with Principle' guideline.
  • Always listen and dedicatedly serve customers' needs. Make customers always satisfied with the company's products. After sales service to be in focus.
  • Always research and deploy applications carefully.
  • Make payment plan for each item and follow accordingly to meet the deadline; and based on the proposed annual budget list for reasonable spending.
  • Resolving customer complaints, issues, and escalations related to cargo services in a professional and customer-focused manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Working at: NTS Building, Noibai Airport, Soc Son, Hanoi City, Vietnam.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 year of booking & CS experience in Aviation/GSA/Air Forwarder.
  • Having knowledge about Aircraft type/ULD, Air Cargo Basic.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation/Business Administration/Foreign Trade or College of Foreign Trade Economic.
  • Priority for candidates have IATA Certificates.
  • Good in English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
