Performance
Customer Growth
  • Develop and maintain your own portfolio of local customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and new customers whose business profile matches the target customers defined by company policies.
  • Develop customers’ relationship according to the orientation and direction of company for both long-term strategy and short-term goals.
  • Maintain good relations with existing customers and develop new customers to ensure incremental sales growth by seniority.
  • Report to the Business Development Team Leader and Business Growth Manager about the effectiveness of the overall sales performance with insight and plan for further improvement.
Revenue Growth
-        Develop sales plans and strategies by coordinating with Business Development Team Leader to achieve the sales targets.
-        Proactively monitor the direct & indirect competitors to ensure that our core business services is on a competitive level.
-        Actively participating in activities and events organized by various networks locally to build up relationships and develop customers within these networks.
-        Responsible for quoting new and existing customers in a timely manner.
-        Ensuring follow-up with new as well as existing customers’ inquiries and requirements within an acceptable timeframe.  
Report to the Business Development Team Leader about the effectiveness of the overall sales performance with insight and plan for further improvement.
OPERATION EXCELLENCE
- Conduct client visitations with new and existing customers.
- Coordinate with direct colleagues as well as related stake holders to resolve the requirements of new and existing customers.
- Coordinating with Operational team to ensure customers’ requirements are met.
- Report the sales and work performance on a weekly and monthly basis with management.
 
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION 
-       Follow-up and Coordinate with related Departments to resolve incidents
-       Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments
EXPERIENCE
-       At least 2 year experience as Sales Executive/ B2B Sales Specialist.
-       Well-knowledge of B2B business model, lead nurturing and having passion to grow further in this career path.
-       Understanding of logistics market & industry knowledge.
-       Great communication skill, especially in B2B networking activities.
Great planning, project management and time management skills.
