JOB DESCRIPTION

Create and develop Medium and Large Customer porfolio.

Maintain and grow the existing customer’s trading volume.

Develop the new products with Commercial Manager.
-
Develop the company’s freehand bids/tenders with BD team.
-
Develop the warehouse products with fulfilment process for ITL Ha Noi.
-
Manage Sales customer service to maintain the good services for customers, approaching the premium services for ITL and customer satisfaction.
-
Manage Sales performance by optimizing CRM system meanwhile the Sales Manager is onboard next year.
-
Be responsilblit of training for saleforce team to be strong and aggressive sales team.

Work with Commercial Manager in stragegy development for business at Ha Noi.
REQUIREMENT
-
Have at least 3 years experience in similar position at logistics/forwarding companies.

Good communication in English.

Ability to communicate, verbal fluency, ability to present persuasive, make a good impression for the listener.
-
Know the flexible handling of the situation.
-
Excellent management skill.

Having great mind of team work.
