Business Development Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Create and develop Medium and Large Customer porfolio.
  • Maintain and grow the existing customer’s trading volume.
  • Develop the new products with Commercial Manager.
  • Develop the company’s freehand bids/tenders with BD team.
  • Develop the warehouse products with fulfilment process for ITL Ha Noi.
  • Manage Sales customer service to maintain the good services for customers, approaching the premium services for ITL and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Sales performance by optimizing CRM system meanwhile the Sales Manager is onboard next year.
  • Be responsilblit of training for saleforce team to be strong and aggressive sales team.
  • Work with Commercial Manager in stragegy development for business at Ha Noi.

REQUIREMENT 

  • Have at least 3 years experience in similar position at logistics/forwarding companies.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Ability to communicate, verbal fluency, ability to present persuasive, make a good impression for the listener.
  • Know the flexible handling of the situation.
  • Excellent management skill.
  • Having great mind of team work.
