JOB DESCRIPTION
PURPOSE AND SCOPE
- Responsible for the development & performance of commercial sales activities in distribution (DT) BU (mainly focus on key accounts). To lead, coach & manage CS/solution/project team to develop and implement commercial sales strategies to exceed revenue and profit targets.
- Consult solution to BU Head for network expansion and seek the potential business opportunities nationwide.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Control BD team to sell all products of D&T and other product of X-Bus. Ensure to achieve the sales target of BU budget yearly
- Weekly/Monthly Sales update on activities and pipelines
- Be a Project Management to communicate with/control quality of services of some Key accounts of company
- Work with Accounting Department to analyze and offer the rates for other BUs/Commercial Department of ITL Corp
- Control BD /CS team (both Customer and Billing team) to ensure
- Update on time information to customer
- Work with OPS team/vendor team to solve issue/solution during transportation
- Send Document and make SOA on time
- Explore more vendors to serve all customers for all routes /all demand of trucking
- Control the quality of services of these vendors
- Ensure the target of profit of selling to vendor as budget
- Strictly following company guidelines and policy
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Min. 3 year – experience of sales in logistics field
- Working for trucking operator company Is preferred
- Good command in English (B Level)
- Good Computer skills (MS Office)
