Job Description
  • Maintain and develop the close and effective relationship with customers; develop new customers by organizing and leading meeting with potential customers.
  • Do market research in order to build in time solution to the business plan of the company in each period; suggest price policy; clarify the access directions, appropriate and flexible supporting services for each kind of customer and goods.
  • Flexibly co-operate with related departments to supply the supporting services to customers such as warehousing, shipping, door delivery, customer clearance, trucking, returning cargo, and other value added services.
  • Grasp the current market situation, get to know the nature of goods, have the minimum knowledge of each kinds of goods, get experienced in goods season during the year in order to arrange the warehouse, facilities, man power, custom brokers as well as suitable services to keep the customers.
  • Directly deal with all the complaints, queries of customers effectively to secure and expand all key accounts.
  • Participate in customer generated RFQ with price and service offered effectively to acquire new customers and develop existing customers to meet sales targets and contribute to meet country gross profit 2:
+ Actively briefing the scope of service requirement with operation and related department for costing;
+  Being tender co-ordinator on response documentation, management’s solution design, costing and pricing to acquire new business;
  • Prepare master agreement with customers.
  • Support the accounting department in debit collection of customers in charge.
  • Periodic reports according to requests from head of department or other arising reports when required.
