JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build solutions and operating costs that meet the needs of external customers as well as ITL HAN business performance.
- Build up close relationships with customers and develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Develop frameworks to analyze business problems, develop hypotheses, mine data, deliver recommendations, and assess impact of proposed solutions
- Perform analysis & research plans to support decision making process of superior and Branch Director.
- Manage end-to-end data projects; identifying issues, gathering information from various sources, analyzing data, interpreting patterns, and trends with the purpose of generating insights about the market..
- Able to partner closely with all business stakeholders (especially vertical, operation, business support, sales, marketing…) to set and implement strategy.
- Participate in the development of IT solutions to improve and develop IT solutions (WMS, TMS, Productivity System,...) to serve the distribution center/warehouse operation.
- Drive deep into understand the supply and demand side of the business and provide recommendations to improve key metrics of the company
JOB REQUIREMENT
- 1-2 years of working experience in Logistics field.
- Bachelor degree, majors in Business Management, Foreign Trade, Economic or relevant fields
- Proficiency in English, especially in 2 skills: Writing and Speaking, Good at MS Office.
- Data driven decision making mentality through strong analytical thinking
- Experience in data extraction and manipulation
