Job Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities in accordance with the organization’s accounting policies and procedures
- Built up and implemented the company's reporting system.
- Set up and control accounting software system of the company to merge with the group
- Managed and checked all request of payment by cash and bank to control due date.
- Control and manage inventory and asset in accordance with company’s policies
- Maintained accounting records and supervised all transactions accounting processes and monthly closing preparation to ensure the adequacy of monthly internal report such as PL, BS & Consolidate package and external monthly reports, statutory reporting, tax reporting such as VAT, PIT, CIT & With Holding Tax in line with VAS.
- Review all accounting statements to ensure they have been accurately prepared
- Provide technical expertise and advice on complex accounting issues to the other Head of divisions to help them to develop revenue and control expense budgets
- Created and maintained good relationships with Tax officer, State bank, External audit, customers, suppliers and the other partners to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop by training a team of accounting professionals to ensure that accounting activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Perform other duties related to accounting, as and when required.
- Responsible for providing overall direction for tax, insurance, budget, credit and treasury functions for the organization
- Made the yearly/quarterly/monthly business plan such as PL, BS and supervised implement to adjust the plan to ensure total business of the company could achieve yearly/quarterly/monthly target.
- Make the plan of Expense budgets and Cash flow by monthly/quarterly/yearly and tracking actual result to report to the BOD.
- Made yearly/quarterly/monthly management reports such as GP, MP, OP, Fixed cost, Personal cost,… and financial analysis to the BOD to consult and advise the management team.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team to ensure that the organization’s financial strategy is implemented effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines
- Perform other duties related to financial status, as and when required.
- Set up accounting policies
- Managed and checked all contract terms of the company before to get GD’s signature. Consult and advice to the management team to avoid risks
- Make the Internal audit report required by HQ’s Internal Auditor
- Updated new law related to Accounting and Financial activities
- Perform other duties related to internal audit, as and when required.
- Bachelor/ degree in accounting/ Certificate of chief accountant.
- Experience for 3 or 5 years working as the same position (refer having experience in Logistics and fowarding company)
- Good at English .
- Knowledge about accounting software, Bravo is preferable.
- Honest, hard-working, carefully, pro-active.
- Ability to work independently and team work.
- Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office.
