JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Analyze and advise Head of business unit on strategy on business plan / avoid the wrong direction
• Keep monitor all KPI of each business unit and make sure it healthy
• Cost control at assigned business units
• Analyze Corporate finance situation, advise proper action plan
• Fund and Investment Management
• Management and development team
• Report directly to Accounting Manager
• Report indirectly to Ha Noi Branch Director and Branch Director
• Manage accountant team of new business
• Interaction to HR, Sales, CS, OPS…
• Arrange the organization of the in-charged accounting team within the approved budget.
• Approve payment as per company policy.
