Customer Service Officer

Job Description
  •  Provide quality customer service in accordance to set KPIs and service standards.
  • Accept bookings & orders placed by customers.
  • Keep up to date with the latest product, marketing and service information for the delivery of service to customers.
  • Demonstrate good telephone etiquette when dealing with both internal and external customers
  • Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customers’ needs.
  • Follow-up on complex cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide customers feedback for continuous improvements.
Job Requirement
  • Fresh graduated 
  • Good English communication.
  • Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Decisive and able to analyze/resolve complex problems for customers.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle a high volume of work.
