Provide quality customer service in accordance to set KPIs and service standards.

Accept bookings & orders placed by customers.

Keep up to date with the latest product, marketing and service information for the delivery of service to customers.

Demonstrate good telephone etiquette when dealing with both internal and external customers

Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customers’ needs.

Follow-up on complex cases to ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide customers feedback for continuous improvements.
