Main Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service in accordance to set KPIs and service standards.
- Accept bookings & orders placed by customers.
- Keep up to date with the latest product, marketing and service information for the delivery of service to customers.
- Demonstrate good telephone etiquette when dealing with both internal and external customers.
- Understand SOP (standard operating procedure) of Air and Sea document handling.
- Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customers’ needs.
- Follow-up on complex cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide customers feedback for continuous improvements.
- Report to Manager every week about status of all clients.
- Diploma/degree in any fields.
- Knowledge of customer service.
- Experienced in relevant position in 1-2 years.
- Good Korean communication is preferable.
- Good knowledge of Korean market is preferable.
- Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Decisive and able to analyze/resolve complex problems for customers.
- Able to work under pressure and handle high volume of work.
