Job Description
- Plan, organize, direct and leading CS staff to meet the Company overall objectives
- Manage and control the sub-contractor
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate growth
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
- Recruit, mentor and develop customer service staff and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
- Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Plan, control and direct activities of the CS force to secure maximum resources for the Company’s products
- Produce regular reports, analysis & forecast for Senior Management on current market/product development and trend including customer reactions
- Recommend the suitable sub-contractors for BOD
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree
- Have knowledge about Logistics/Transportation
- At least 2 years working experience as Customer service
- Proficiency in English(B Level) and MS Office
- Good at data analyzed
- Working for Trucking company is preferable
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
- Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
- Ability to think strategically and lead
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekend, break days) to finish tasks assigned
- Go to business trip as required
- Join some other Projects as required
