Job Description
- Submit VGM and SI to carrier
- Issue HBL
- Check MBL from carrier
- Ask D/N from carrier
- Ask copy invoice from carrier for preparing the payment's request
- Send D/N to client or agent
- Follow up with accountant about payment to carrier to get SWB MBL or original MBL
- Send all invoices to accountant as timeline's request
- Send pre-alert docs to agent
- At least 2 - 3 years experience of logistics shipping industry
- Working for forwarder is preferred
- Bachelor Degree: College or University
- Knowledge: Shipping
- Good command in English: B level
- Good Computer skills (MS Office): Word, Excel, Powerpoint
