- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Provide recommendations
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
- Report directly to Finance Director
- Report Indirectly to Head of Business/COO/CEO
- Manage Accounting team
- Interaction to other ITL Corp depts., Managers, Directors of BU if needed
- Cooperate to other ITL Corp depts., Managers, Directors of BU if needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Accounting
- Experience with governmental/non-profit accounting principles and procedures.
- Ability to develop and establish financial policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently, with little supervision.
- Ability to effectively direct and supervise.
- Knowledge of operating and capital budget concepts.
- Ability to analyze financial data and to prepare accurate reports in a timely.
- Knowledge and ability in the use of a personal computer and software applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records.
- Ability to communicate in English (B Level) effectively both written and verbally.
- Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and appropriate relationships with Tax Officer.
- Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekend, break days) to finish tasks assigned
- Go to business trip as required
- Joining some other Projects as required
- Min. 7 years with relevant working experience
- Proven supervisory experience with a minimum 3 years in a management role.
