Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor daily operations of logistics team and ensure the procurement, shipping and warehouse operations are most efficiency
- Oversee the inbound/outbound shipment and ensure on time delivery at a minimum cost
- Provide customer service to ecommerce customers, including answering customer queries and managing customer feedback and complaints
- Assist with the implementation of any projects/campaigns
- Set up the operation process and procedures
- Negotiate with vendors on pricing
- Plan and build outbound cross-border products that fit the market demand
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to e-commerce operations.
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
- Track project performance, determine KPI, and specifically analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Identify opportunities and establish relationships with target customers in our target verticals leading to a strong Business Development pipeline
- Update on industry trends and customer demand
REQUIREMENT
- Having experience in operations management in e-commerce industry.
- Familiar knowledge in cross-border e-commerce
- Passion in cross-border and logistics
- Strong vendor management skills
- Experience with e-commerce platforms
- Diploma/Degree in Trading/Import-Export/Transportation or relevant major.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A fast learner, ability to multi-task and work independently under high pressure
- Strong experience in building relationship with partners
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
