POSITION: LOGISTICS SALES EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Focusing on Sales Performance to achieve team targets, contributing to the team's performance in terms of gross profit and revenue.
  • Coordinating with the Manager for overall management of allocation, space allocated,…
  • Conducting sales activities (both outdoor and indoor) with agents.
  • Working closely with the Manager to develop a proper pricing scheme to ensure revenue and profit are achieved.
  • Monitoring space availability ex-hub for sales orientation.
  • Working closely with the Customer Service team to provide the first point of contact for clients.
  • Ensuring that customers are:
    • Provided with information on the status of their shipments.
    • Proactively advised of any irregularities.
    • Assisted with the tracing process.
  • Responsible for accurate invoicing by matching bookings to the correct rates and conditions, and handling customer rate disputes.
  • Taking care of services to minimize missing, damaged, or delayed shipments, ensuring freight arrives at its destination as scheduled.
  • Responding to all relevant requirements from customers in case of delays, missing shipments, damage, or lack of information.
  • Supporting the Manager in updating market rates, tracking competition trends, and gathering customer feedback on pricing.
  • Conducting necessary reports as assigned by the manager.
 
  • Working location: 30 Phan Thuc Duyen, Ward 4, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh City.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of successful sales experience in the logistics industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, pricing strategies, and booking procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Aviation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of air cargo operations, freighter aircraft types, ULDs.
  • Interested and want to develop career path in Air cargo and Aviation field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
  • Familiarity with customs regulations, export/import procedures, and IATA regulations.
