POSITION: CARGO OPERATION EXECUTIVE

- Coordinating with TCS to optimize flight loading plans and supervise VIAGS/SAGS aircraft loading to ensure on-time performance and prevent delays by making all arrangements well in advance.
- Organizing and controlling last-minute changes in cargo bookings to optimize capacity utilization.
- Constant contact with the Supervisor for smooth coordination of cargo operations, including ULD control and stationeries.
- Using airline GOMs/COMs in standard to complete activities in operation.
- Promptly resolving any problems that arise during operations (e.g., input system issues, sending FWB/FHL, messages such as VUN, VAL, XPS, PER, PEP, ACTUAL PAYLOAD, etc., resolving missing/damaged/found cargo at the warehouse, etc.).
- Response and coordinate actively with customers for export cargo acceptance or any irregular issues.
- Handling Import cargo irregular cases timely to support customers to clear cargo at W/H.
- Supporting customer for scanning AWBs for DG shpts/lithium ion shpts etc.
- Monitoring and complying to regulations outlined by local authorities and regulatory bodies and ensure strict compliance to Airline’s GOMs./COMs.
- Issuing and rechecking AWB, supervising documents for customers on time and correctly. Check all documents for flights before sending to TSC W/H to Aircraft.
- Sending all necessary messages for flight.
- Submitting interline shipments to OAL correctly and on time with cut off time accordingly.
- Providing online AWBs copy and documents to W/H for timely sending to Aircraft.
- Supervising cargo build-up in TCS warehouse and at Ramp to ensure on-time performance.
- Working location: 30 Phan Thuc Duyen, Ward 4, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh City.
REQUIREMENTS
- Having 3 – 4 years of experience at Cargo Handling.
- Having knowledge of: Cargo Industry, Freighter flight operations, processing inbound and outbound documents, handling unexpected and Irregularities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation/Business Administration/Foreign Trade or College of Foreign Trade Economic, Logistics, Supply Chain.
- Prefer candidates who have knowledge about Aircraft type/ULD, Air Cargo.
- Fluent in English with 4 skills.
- Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Be willing to work overtime and follow the airline's work schedule.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
