[HCM-WWA] Human Resources Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Finish all HR requirements of BU effectively:
  • Support in daily HR operation for Teams to achieve business target.
  • Build up HR action plan to achieve HR requirements at WWA Nationwide. Well - understood Business Plan of BU to support effectively.
  • Improve Turnover (TO) rate.
2. Recruit and manage recruitment executive to ensure manpower in WWA Nationwide, especially in peak seasons.

3. Training Development: Plan and manage Talent Development of company.

4. Payroll, Tax & Insurance:
  • Review monthly payroll before payment to ensure all details in payroll are in line with the Vietnam laws and company’s regulation.
  • Review monthly insurance for C&B Team before payment to ensure all details in documents are in line with the Vietnam laws and company’s regulation.
5. Labor contract:
  • Review labor contract of employee.
  • Support C&B team to get signature of employee on the labor contract.
  • Record the full signed contract in the personal file. And send one hard copy to C&B team
6. Working environment: Build up a happy working environment that attracted and satisfy staff as the direction of ITL Holding or having opinion on motivation activities to get engagement, satisfaction of employees at WWA Nationwide.

7. HR POC with Partner: Main contact point to communicate, coordinate with Partner's HR for all inquiries, informational support,… that related to HR function between ITL & our Partner. 

8. Satisfying & reducing Head BU and other Dept complaints about HR quality:
  • Get feedbacks from all staff, discuss to Head BU, find out solution and settle all HR issues.
  • Quick response to all HR issues (after discuss to Head BU the best solutions).
  • Set up the right information channel to get the right feedbacks and understand well staff thinking or their concerns.
  • Be a reliable partners to all staff so that they can share their opinions, suggestions to improve BU, ITL environment.

REQUIREMENT 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience Human Resources especial in C&B and recruitment and/or HR Business Partner.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations across Vietnam.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Communication skills: Strong interpersonal communications skills, including influencing and ability to encourage evolution.
  • Characteristics: Self-starting and ownership,mature, hospitality, honest, detailed, customer service mindset; able to work under pressure, able to liaise with other departments.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and other MS Office tools.
