HR Business Partner - Hanoi

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

  • To be an HR strategy partner to Head BU (HANOI, HAIPHONG, YEN VIEN STATION, NEW PROJECTS, …). Be a partner with Head Departments to create competitive advantages for BU by building up an attractive working environment, solving HR issues and developing employees as strategy of BU assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure to propose solutions to Head BU to solve HR issues
  • Ensure to understand employee expectation and how to develop potential staff as BU plan
  • Ensure to control and solve any HR issues/ conflicts if any
  • Detail JD will be sent to shortlist candidates.

requirements

  • Min. 3 year – experience of the role HRM
  • Or min. 2 years as HRBP, quick approaching operation of BU to have solutions for solving HR issues
  • Working for Logistic, Transportation, Express …is preferred.
  • Bachelor Degree majoring in Economy, HRM, Business Administration
  • Knowledge of Labor Law, best practices in HR field, esp. in Logistic, Transportation, Express… or related industry
  • Good Networking in HR circle
  • Good command in English (B Level)
  • Good Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Data analyzed for making decisions
  • Budget control if any
  • Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekend, break days) to finish tasks assigned
  • Go to business trip as required
  • Join into other Projects when needed.
