IT Helpdesk Executive


Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Delivering ICT services:

  • Be responsible for maintaining and monitoring a computer, including its hardware, software, and networks for the safety and maximum access to the user and fixes its problems promptly as well.
  • Be responsible for updating and monitoring IT inventory including software and hardware
  • Prepare IT facilities for newcomers in advance based on the newcomer process
  • Classify, prioritize and follow up requests of end-users to provide IT service effectively and professionally
  • Be responsible for monitoring and maintaining facilities such as Wifi system, CCTV, Fax, Telephone, PBX, Printers to work stable
  • Support user some task about TMS system, Warehouse system, assign to a high-level team relate when can not resolve

Participating in administrating the Network and System

  • Involve the ICT Infrastructure projects due to assignments by line leaders
  • Administrate and maintain the network and system on delegated duties
  • Assist ICT Supervisor in suggesting initiatives to improve ICT services as well as the network and system infrastructure


  • Minimum 2-year experience within IT;·        
  • Experience within the Logistics Industry and/or transport operations is an advantage;
  • Bachelor degree in Computer science, Logistics or related disciplines;
  • Experience in IT ISM;
  • Technical skills (CCNA, MCSA, ITIL is an advantage);
  • Good English skills;
  • Can do and problem solving skills. Simple thinking.
