[ITL FM DAD] Sales Logistics

Scope of work:
Builds profitable business of ITL’s products and services by identifying and selling prospects customer; maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
•             Develop and grow new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential customers
•             Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular sales visits and account management
•             Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints promptly and professionally
•             Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective and efficient logistics solutions
•             Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain CRM records in a timely manner
•             Uphold company standards and compliance policies in all client interactions

Qualifications:
•             Minimum of 1 years’ experience at the same role in freight forwarding industry
•             Proficiency in English (speaking and writing), especially in business communication, is required
•             Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field
•             Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•             Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and commercially aware
•             Prior experience with a multinational logistics company is a plus
