[ITL FM HAN] Air Freight Supervisor

· Lead staff in Air team of air export, import field.

+ Supervise daily operations to make sure both company’s system compliance and customers’ SOP keep on track.
+ Provide solution for any operational issue(s)
+ Effect necessary communication and motivation to staffs.
+ To be responsible for getting best rates from airlines, trucking companies or any other partners. Quote for oversea, local customers’ & sales department’s airfreight requests.

· Arrange space for all air export shipments.

· Make sure staff’s operation close job’s hard copies and on systems monthly before deadline.

· Manage, guide, monitor and inspire your team to be effective and consistent with the office and company’s direction and objective.

· Responsible for accomplishing the department's goals and individual goals.

· Supporting, consulting, and coaching with colleagues about the profession

· Dealing with airlines lines, agent, and related parties to have solutions settled properly.

· Participate in internal quality assessment, detect, and propose remedial measures, prevent existing or potential nonconformities of services and work processes.

· Responsible for the management of customer relations and ensuring that your staffs manage any complaints appropriately

· Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of air exports.

· Always thinking about improving business methods, participation in company's activities,

· Understand the market situation, promptly report all market trends and changes of competitors to Product Manager.

· Some other tasks when needed and assigned by supervisors.

Yêu cầu công việc

· At least 5 years relevant working experience in Air Freight (pricing, docs and CS).

· Having extensive knowledge of the domestic and international freight forwarding profession, knowledge of foreign trade import and export.

· Good communication skills to be able to create wide relationships with customers and related partners.

· Good listening skills, good negotiation skills.

· Skills to convince and appease customers.

· Skills to organize work in a scientific and systematic way.

· Ability to think and analyze well to target customers and potential customers.

· Ability to organize work scientifically and systematically.

· Good English.
