Daily working with sea/air/product teams for competitive pricing and service quality, offering competitive solutions for customers.
Daily working with overseas agents on sales activities, quoting for spot rates/ RFQ/ or biddings, negotiate and close won for business.
Daily monitor and follow up with Customer Service team to make sure Customer’s SOPs are strictly complied and reach KPIs.
Build and develop relationship with customers in VN and others
Monitor Airfreight, Sea freight and CFS procurement
Work closely with ITL Pricing and Customer Service teams
Ensure the satisfy of customer in highest level.
Not abetting the negative behaviors that adversely affect the reputation and finance of the company.
Take corrective action as per instructions, in order to ensure that service quality meets customer requirements and Service standards.
Check shipment’s P&L and report if any potential loss
Attend to all queries from customers and respond on time.
Other tasks assigned by line Manager.
REQUIREMENT
University graduation in Economics, Foreign Trade, Technology, Foreign language.
Fluent at English (listening, speaking, reading comprehension, writing).
Have 1-2 years of experience in sea/air operation and customer service in freight forwarding industry, has proven record, client base and leadership qualities.
