Key Account Executive


  • Daily working with sea/air/product teams for competitive pricing and service quality, offering competitive solutions for customers.
  • Daily working with overseas agents on sales activities, quoting for spot rates/ RFQ/ or biddings, negotiate and close won for business.
  • Daily monitor and follow up with Customer Service team to make sure Customer’s SOPs are strictly complied and reach KPIs.
  • Build and develop relationship with customers in VN and others
  • Monitor Airfreight, Sea freight and CFS procurement
  • Work closely with ITL Pricing and Customer Service teams
  • Ensure the satisfy of customer in highest level.
  • Not abetting the negative behaviors that adversely affect the reputation and finance of the company.
  • Take corrective action as per instructions, in order to ensure that service quality meets customer requirements and Service standards.
  • Check shipment’s P&L and report if any potential loss
  • Attend to all queries from customers and respond on time.
  • Other tasks assigned by line Manager.


  • University graduation in Economics, Foreign Trade, Technology, Foreign language.
  • Fluent at English (listening, speaking, reading comprehension, writing).
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in sea/air operation and customer service in freight forwarding industry, has proven record, client base and leadership qualities.
