1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Handling ocean import/ export shipments for customer: SM & NVO and free-hand accounts

Receive booking from factory & open the file.

Check orders and detail in systems.
-
Email gets approval from overseas customers.
-
Release booking to shipper and follow up.
-
Contact with carriers, vendors for any issue.
-
Issue HBL / MBL.
-
Contact with OPS for any related issue.
-
Checking documents.
-
Image all shipping docs to system.
-
Inputting and completing data in systems.
-
Tracking & Tracing.
-
Solving all related concerns/problems.
-
Handling customer inquiries professionally to maximize customers’ satisfaction.
-
Tactful in dealing with customer concerns, services recovery, and special service requirements.
-
Improve bottom line results by collecting customer feedback for management review and/or suggesting ways to enhance work efficiency.

Perform other duties as assigned.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-
Fresher or experience in Forwarding/ Logistics/ Express/ Transportation.
-
Prefer to have experience with handle global account.
-
Diploma/Degree in Economics (International Business, Logistics, Sea Transportation) or relevant field
-
English ability: Intermediate English (speaking, writing, reading, listening).

Computer skills: MS. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email, Internet
