Ocean Document Executive

  • Handling ocean export shipments for customer: SM & NVO and free-hand accounts
  • Receive booking from factory & open the file.
  • Check orders and detail in systems.
  • Email gets approval from oversea customers.
  • Release booking to shipper and follow up.
  • Contact with carriers, vendors for any issue.
  • Issue HBL / MBL.
  • Contact with OPS for any related issue.
  • Checking documents.
  • Image all shipping docs to system.
  • Inputting and completing data in systems.
  • Tracking & Tracing.
  • Solving all related concerns/problems.
  • Handling customer inquiries professionally to maximize customers’ satisfaction.
  • Tactful in dealing with customer concerns, services recovery, and special service requirements.
  • Improve bottom line results by collecting customer feedback for management review and/or suggesting ways to enhance work efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Having 1 - 2 experience in Forwarding/ Logistics/ Express/ Transportation, Work as Customer Services / Operation  Sea Export. 
  • Prefer to have experience with handle global account.
  • Diploma/Degree in Economics (International Business, Logistics,  Sea Transportation) or relevant field
  • English ability: Intermediate English (speaking, writing, reading, listening).
  • Computer skills: MS. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email, Internet
