Performance

Assist in reviewing and analyzing system specifications under the guidance of the Engineering Manager. Collaborate with technical team members to develop effective testing strategies and plans. Execute manual test cases and analyze the results. Create logs to document testing phases and defects. Report bugs and issues to the development team. Assist in troubleshooting issues as they arise. Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.

QUALIFICATIONS 
-        Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in IT/Telecommunication or a related field.
-        Basic communication skills in English.
-        Proficiency in MS Office.
-        Eagerness to learn and develop in the field of software testing.
Ability to work independently and under high pressure.

EXPERIENCE

-        Experience working on academic or personal projects related to software development or testing.
-        Familiarity with basic concepts of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
-        Understanding of how to document issues and communicate effectively with technical teams.
-        Exposure to basic testing tools or environments is a plus (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
Any prior internship or part-time work in IT or software development is advantageous.
