Support Strategic Sales-
- Support field sales in daily basic activities to contribute to the team achievement
- Check Rate for rate request, tenders, and projects when sales are not in the office.
- Prepare and send the quotation to customers/sales.
- Send SOP/quotation to CS departments for handling won shipments
- Follow up with customers/sales/CS if any arising troubles/issues during the process.
- Train Sales new comers for systems and procedures.
- Prepare contract and get signed from all related departments.
Sales Performance Management
- Prepare weekly/ monthly sales report of both sales system and actual performance to Sales Manager.
- Control customer satisfaction for Strategic Sales Team
- Coordinate with related department sales when having new projects/tender/trade-lane development.
- Ad-hoc report/task requested from Strategic Sales Manager
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 2 years working in logistics / freight forwarding industrial
- Used to work for multinational logistics company is an advantage
- Experienced in Excel,Word, Power Point, Power BI. Etc.,
- Good knowledge about logistics industrial
- Customer and service oriented
- Commercial awareness
