JOB DESCRIPTION

1. OPERATION

• Manage the team (CS and docs staff) for handling US’s consolidation and FCL/ LCL shipments to US/ EU.
• Key person in charge for communicating  in daily operation.
• Delivering KPI agreed with customer.
• Receive booking from factory & open the file
• Email gets approval from oversea agent
• Send the booking to carrier on time
• Release booking to shipper (LCL or FCL)
• Send LCL booking  of container consolidation to warehouse team
• Send the container loading plan to warehouse team for container consolidation.
• Contact with carriers, vendors for any issue

• Manage staff to finish file on time per month.
• Manage staff to  file AMS on time

QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor, college of foreign trade economic.
• Knowledge of Transportation industry.
• Good in English (B Level).
• Good Computer skills (MS Office).
• Min. 1 year – experience of the role.
• Working for Logistic, Transportation, Express …is preferred.

• Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekend, break days) to finish tasks assigned.
• Joining some other Projects as required.
